What this website collects
Very little. This is a static website: it has no user accounts, no forms, no checkout, and no comment sections. We do not run analytics or advertising on it, and we do not set any cookies of our own.
Hosting and security
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address, browser information and pages requested for each visit. We use these logs only to operate and secure the website. The website is served through Cloudflare, which may set strictly functional cookies and process connection data for security and performance purposes; see the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.
Purchases and downloads
Nothing is sold on this website itself; it only presents our products. Physical products are sold through third-party platforms such as Shopify and Etsy, and currently ship within the United States only. Digital products and software are available worldwide through separate platforms, such as app stores and GitHub. Any personal information you provide there is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies; we only receive what they share with sellers, such as order details, and we use it solely to fulfill your order or provide support.
Community spaces
Our forums at forum.uwyn.com and our Discord server are separate services with their own accounts. Information you share there is governed by the policies presented on those services when you sign up.
If you contact us by e-mail, we will use your address and message only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your address with anyone else.
Children
This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, such as under the EU and UK GDPR. Since we hold almost none, this is usually quick: contact us and we will help, free of charge.
